15 pcs x rose gold tassels
15 meter balloon tape
100 pcs of glue dots

Instruction manual
1) Unwind the plastic balloon tape and fill the 160 balloons with a balloon pump.
2) Pass the balloons through the balloon tape, taking into account that when using large balloons, skip at least 15 holes for the next balloon.
3) Fix the balloon tape with the balloons to the ceiling with tape. Try to hide the tape between the balloons so that it is not visible and cut the ends to size.
4) Use the mini balloons with the glue dots to fill in the gaps. 5) Roll out the tassels, twist them together and add them to the balloon ceiling using glue dots.
